The California LifeLine Program provides discounted home or cell phone service to qualified households.

California LifeLine has partnered with Boost Mobile to give CARE Program participants a monthly $15 discount towards Boost Mobile prepaid cell phone plans. As of April, 2020, Boost Mobile has added up to20GB of monthly data to its plans, and we simplified the enrollment procedures so that people can receive their discounts without ever visiting a Boost Store.
